Where do I find my serial number?​

The serial number is located on the back of the unit on a barcode.

User Interface: Select Link-Live app, Menu (upper left), then About.

Please note there is a secondary serial number under Android tools. This is non-applicable to registration.

SETUP AN ACCOUNT

Before you register your purchase, you must set up an account,

  1. Visit https://support.netally.com/Login/?type=customer
  2. In the NEW USERS column, enter your work email address and select Signup
  3. A notification will be sent to your email address. Click on the INVITATION link to complete the new account process. 
  4. Fill in the remaining account information.
  5. Your account has been registered and you will receive an email confirmation.

NOTE: If you don’t receive an email, please check your junk mail or spam inbox.

REGISTERING YOUR PRODUCT

Once you have an active account, you can register your products.  By entering your product information, you can view your registered products and their Support status.

  1. Visit https://support.netally.com/Login/?type=customer
  2. Enter the email address and password you used to Signup
  3. Under the REGISTER A PRODUCT column, click on the Register Product button.
  4. Enter your product Serial number, Product Name, Purchased From, and Purchase Date
  5. A notification will be sent your email address once it’s registered.

If you don’t already have a user account, please follow the steps below to create one:

  1. Sign up as a new user at https://link-live.com/public/signup. You will receive an activation email. Click the link to confirm your account or enter your activation code at the website.   

Note: If you are not receiving the activation email, please check your junk email folder to ensure messages aren’t being delivered there.

Signing in & Claiming a Unit

Once you have an activated user account, please follow the steps below to sign in and claim your device:
Sign in using your credentials at https://link-live.com/public/login

  1. If you haven’t been presented with the dialog box to claim your unit, click or touch the upper left navigation menu button, and select Units.
  2. Then, select the round purple Claim Unit icon at the bottom right of the page.
  3. Claim Unit dialog box appears. Select the image of your device and follow the directions on-screen. Each tester type has specific instructions.

REGISTERING ALLYCARE SUPPORT

When you purchased AllyCare, if you were provided with an AllyCare Support Services Acknowledgement document that contains your AllyCare key codes, you must register your key codes to take advantage of the AllyCare Support you purchased. 

TO BEGIN REGISTRATION

  1. Visit https://support.netally.com/Login/?type=customer
  2. Enter the email address and password you used to signup
  3. Under the REGISTER ALLYCARE SUPPORT CODE column, click on the Register AllyCare button.
  4. Enter they AllyCare Key Code located on the AllyCare Support Services Acknowledgement, product Serial number, Product Name, Purchased From, and Purchase Date
  5. A notification will be sent your email address once it’s registered.
